The Village of New Bremen is seeking applications for the position of Utility Office Clerk. The successful candidate must have experience in municipal fund accounting, advanced in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience in Microsoft Access is preferred (but not required), ability to analyze and resolve situations, be highly motivated, a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. The candidate must have an associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.

The position is comprised of a 40-hour week and includes a good benefit package. This position will eventually replace the Fiscal Officer upon the retirement of the current Fiscal Officer. Pay is compensatory with experience and both pay ranges are available upon request at the Village office.
