Mark your calendars! The 2018 Bremenfest will be held the weekend of August 17th through the 19th, with family movie night planned for Thursday August 16th. The Festival Committee would like to extend a huge thank you to the community for supporting the 2017 festival and providing feedback.  We are working on the concerns expressed and appreciate your suggestions.  The Festival Committee has been planning new, and what we think are exciting, activities to entertain and accommodate patrons of all ages; this includes bringing in a cover band from Nashville, Tennessee.  Please check out The Remedies website at who will be performing Sunday evening!

Due to the success of the 2017 festival, approximately $15,000 was donated to local organizations. This includes $5000 which was placed in an account with the New Bremen Foundation ultimately to be used to fund future community projects. We were also able to donate seven boxes of past years t-shirts to the hurricane victims in Texas.

In an effort for continued improvement, the Festival Committee is asking the community to complete a brief survey to provide ideas on what you would like to see in the coming years to make the festival more enjoyable. The survey is available at Paper copies are also available at the New Bremen Library and New Bremen Village office.

Another new addition to the 2018 festival will be to implement an on-line program that will allow community members to sign up and volunteer during set-up week, the festival weekend, as well as festival teardown.  Other local festivals have had success with on-line programs and many community members have asked us to look into creating one.  Please keep the suggestions coming!

Again, we sincerely want to thank each and every one of you for supporting the Bremenfest, we would not be able to host such an amazing festival without your help!  The Bremenfest website is continually being updated, please check in often and share with your friends.
