Utility Direct Payment
The New Bremen Utilities Office is offering to their residents the option of direct payment of their utility bill from any bank account. You can sign up for this service at the New Bremen Municipal Center or call 419.629.2447

Utility Deposits for Tenants and Leaseholders

$250.00 - Residential
$500.00 - Commercial

Utility deposits are required for all parties not owning property in the village limits. The Village reserves the right to require proof of ownership such as real estate contracts, deeds, or property tax stub.
