Economic Development Incentives Presentation

On Wednesday, August 25th, Karen Mauch, New Bremen Economic Development Director, and Jerry Good, Region 3 Director, Ohio Department of Development, presented an informational session on Economic Development Incentives to local business people.  The presentation was first of a series of economic development topics which will be presented during the Southwest Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce Lecture Series.

Mauch and Good spoke about the various State and Local Incentive programs which are available to help new or existing businesses locate or expand in a community.  There a numerous programs available and they cover a variety of incentives including tax exemptions, tax credits, funding for workforce training and loans.
