The Village of New Bremen and The New Bremen Community Improvement Corporation—Your Economic Development Partners

The Village of New Bremen is pro-business and has a strong commitment to promoting growth prosperity in the community. In 1989, the village established The New Bremen Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) to carry out the economic development function of the village. It's first effort was the development of the Bunker Hill Industrial Park. In 2006, the Village hired an Economic Development Director--a position you won't find in most communities with 3,000 residents. The pro-active approach and commitment to help businesses succeed is one of the things you can depend on if you consider New Bremen as the home for your business.

The CIC is governed by a 17 member, volunteer Board of Directors representing a wide variety of local business and government interests. New Bremen has a pro-business attitude when it comes to economic development. This approach eliminates obstacles, accentuates start ups, and feeds business growth.

The CIC serves companies and site consultants as the single point of entry into our community. We work closely with city, county, and state governments to fulfill the Ohio Promise of offering a "State of Perfect Balance" where you can build your business and love your life. The New Bremen CIC is dedicated to making that promise a reality. We welcome the opportunity to work with you as you consider New Bremen as a location for your business.
